i wonder what would happen if you drill into some peoples mind from birth that anger is what they should be feeling and what god wants them to feel and happiness is bad
basically what we have now except the opposite
dont let them harm each other i guess but have them constantly hold negative feelings like contempt over pretty much anything because if they dont theyll be going to hell

theyre gonna get depressed but the depression is going to be in reverse too so theyre going to be really happy

because if there are more people going around and feeling something other than suffering, and also spreading that happiness to others around them, then overall thats bad for the demons
so they would want a terrible environment where people cant be happy, but good enough for humanity to not go extinct
with how the world is theyre either really fucking incompetent at their job or its not the case
because overpopulation is getting to be a big deal and all you know
youd figure that the demons would be interested in stopping that, because the less amount of people that are also not that happy is better than a whole lot of people that have potential of having positive feelings ig
but if overpopulation gets extremely bad and we're all suffering then i guess the demons win? maybe thats the plan?
