i've not seen any threads with flags disabled outright
>>23746615i'm guessing it's your browser blocking it somehow, probably some addon you have installed
try tweaking their settings / disabling them temporaily until you see which one is causing it, or try a different browser (chrome/firefox/etc) that has no addons to make sure it's not related to your computer (it shouldn't be)
