But, you speak of society as if it's some sort of separate entity from those who participate in it. You are society, I am society, your parents are, everyone is society.
If something is needed for some sector of society, it's the burden of another sector to produce said thing. Then it's another sectors burden to distribute said thing.
Society is intended to be burdened. It is burdened by itself, and the burden is lifted by itself.
Each individual member, free to impose burden on another or free to lift the burden from someone else.
