1. Every one hates them.
2. I strongly suspect the one in the technical position is completely incompetent (he thought a fuse blowing meant a faulty fuse, complete idiot).
3. They ask questions only when they think they know the answer and if they receive a different answer they just continue asking the same question over and over again.
4. They are myopic-bean-counters par excellence, do not see the forest for the trees, narrowly hyper focused on this or that metric before them.
5. Very unpleasant to deal with.
