But let's look at the facts; you have been able to produce, you have been able to maintain and you have been able to attain. Whatever this is, it might not be an issue, you just treat it as such. Everything new should not be treated as an issue, even if you do have that outlook. You have to look back and analyze the previous period, in a detailed manner, what is it you think fails you?
