My muscles grew weak and I became blind, heard high pitched noises and woke up in a sleep paralysis. Saw something like pic related teleport to me, except. It was transparent golden yellow. It had white shimmers on it and they were 2 meters tall ish. My Norwegian family, have had a tendency to see shadow humans. My dad, uncle and grandpa reported seeing tall shadow humans. I also at one point saw a 2 meter tall shadow human, it vanished. That was irl though and not in a sleep paralysis and it was normal not yellow
