I ended up living here for the first few months of sobriety after attending a detox for two weeks. Its a sober living house.
You need to get a prescription for benzos for the detox or else if you were like me the withdrawals will be too strong and you can have a seizure or even die. You take them full strength for a few days and then wean yourself down over another few days until you are on nothing.
Maybe sleep medication, like I was.
Eventually you stop taking those too and switch to melatonin and Chamomile tea.
