Trump tweets a lot. You've got a 1:30 chance of an organic significant delta - hour, hour and 17 minutes per post. If you have access to the pedochan database, you can edit the timestamps of drops to have more significant deltas or to appear to have come out BEFORE the associated Trump tweet.
