An extensive full spectrum analysis would be required to identify and shield from the target frequencies, as the design of the cage requires such knowledge.
While I'm no expert in this field, I doubt I could get my hands on the equipment to even perform such an analysis. Then there is still the shielding for the EMF and the question how autonomous this evil dust actually is once deprived from outside comms.
