If you are weak and claim to be peaceful, you are not peaceful - you are incapable of inflicting harm.
Being peaceful means being able to inflict harm and capacity for violence, but not using it.
The world would be a lot more peaceful and organized if men of action started being violent at right times, in right situations and at right intervals. Evil people are violent by default, but all that's needed is that good people are simply more proficient at violence.
