Mexicans that are here already are having 3-8 children each.
Our only hope is to offer a "Return Home" initiative, Give 3rd-4th+ generation Mexicans and Africans money, say '$30,000' to return to their homeland, with the agreement that they, nor their offspring can't return to America for 3 generations. I feel a good amount of them would take the deal and leave. They wouldn't stay in the country they agreed to go to, and would most likely go to Europe, but at least they wouldn't be here.
