been here so long
used to be my refuge from the real world and now the internet feels like it IS the real world to most people. tweets make the news. all those whacky social outcasts are gone now too, dont even belong here. instead everyone advocates hyper normalcy on here with all the redditors and facebook qboomers.
even had my 60 year old mother bring up how much she loves pepe to me one day. i want to go back. 15 year old me could not have fucking imagined that life would have panned out like this. all the magic is gone, normoid chimpanzees race around replying to twitter bait and telling me to go outside. i had trouble putting up with how the fucking world was in 2005 and in 2023 it is actually just fucking incomprehensible.
