yeah idk. i really liked dark souls 1, 2, and 3 but bloodborne just didn't hit right
that's the standard believe it or not. the actual language classes are just split into elementary, intermediate, and advanced with 2 classes for each level so it's 6 semesters total. the only other class that isn't culture, history, etc. is "conversation and composition" which is another 2 semesters.
semester in japan is certainly a strong possibility but that's a bit of a ways away
