It's easy to be faithful when your faith isn't tested, to preach good while remaining ignorant of the horrors of this world. The faithful, who surround themselves with worldly pleasures and gentleness, will likely be the first to denounce their faith and rail against God when those pleasures are absent.
Am I actually Christian or just LARPing? I don't know. Even the Apostle Peter denied Christ when subjected to an angry mob. The most I'll say is that "I'm trying" and I hope it's enough.
