Besides costing me way less than spot, those hand-pours are quite popular so they enjoy a resale premium appreciably higher than mass-produced cast or extruded bars, though I like having those on hand too. One problem with things like widely recognized Engelhards is the fact that they're known to be counterfeited or drilled out and filled with Molybdenum or Lead, there are no fake PG&G pours though so stackers who know what they're doing often prefer and trust them more.
