Really it's an indication of how polarized we've become in the west, adopting group words, mannerisms and behaviors that have nothing to do with our beliefs but still reflect the group we are a part of.
I, for example, and constantly saying nigger. Sometimes during my commute I will say it 1-200 times in a row just for fun, and also to get it out of my system. I don't even have much of an issue with blacks, but saying nigger reinforces my identity as a part of the politically incorrect community and someone who hates globohomo so.... nigger.
