You're bathing with the muck and the grime of the inferior, and yet you fit in so well because you are exactly that:

Your mental state is a result of this continued obsession with short term gratification from strangers online because your loneliness and lack of willpower would bring you to the depths of despair without it.
You need to look deeply inward rather than to the false sky of regret and self loathing you've idolized. Start becoming a better you.
