You'll only ever get conflicting advice about health and nutrition, whether from anons on here or from actual professionals. There is a huge wealth of good quality studies, and plenty of anecdotes, that will tell you that plant-based is the way to go, and an equal amount telling you to go carnivore. The only piece of advice to follow is that you need to figure out, by trial and error, what works for you, what makes you feel fit and healthy. Best of luck anon.
