While there are fake hierarchies like clothes, cars, jewelry, there are all kinds of real hierarchies e.g. whether you can fuck who you wanna fuck, whether you can avoid interactions with people you don't like, etc... Money is not a fake hierarchy, it's just an abstraction over multiple real hierarchies. If I stop believing in money I'll become a slave. I don't accept that.
