So if you haul your ass down to a hobby shop and buy a telescope, pretty much any standard telescope will do, you can look at Jupiter. It's in the constellation piceses right now. If you observe Jupiter you will see the 4 gallalean moons and the banding of Jupiter. Simply observe as the banding moves position and the moons rotate. You should see a full rotation of Europa for example in ehhh, 4 days. Io will complete a full rotation in about 2 days. That means you can see them move in real time just about.
How do you explain this phenomenon? I want to know the flat earth explaination for this.
