If I was dictator in Brazil I would choose men like Ricardo Arona, among others, to breed many nubile young women and improve the Brazilian people, who have been degenerating recently. Regardless of disagreements between who is better or worse at the higher levels, I think all can agree he is superior by much to the average Brazilian.
When women are reduced to breeding stock should they be under the direction of a eugenic council that rules society at large with an iron will? Or under the direction of various private or semi-private bodies, societies and corporations? Other suggestions are appreciated.
