I use a water activated gel cleanser on the tissue then a honey almond body scrub on the balls with an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask on the penis tip which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare to apply the tissue for the rest of my wiping routine.
