There was a thread a few days ago with a comment I can't quite remember much of, except that a signal was decoded that seemed to be misinterpreted by many anons, while to me it seemed to clearly say "PLANO", not " Plan O" as they were supposing.
Plano is a town in Texas, where I only see the US Defense Contract Audit Agency as the only nearby military target.
However, a hit on that would probably send those audits back to the Dark Ages.
