there was also some guy on fuckin deviantart of all places, real shitty style, guide on "magic", relies a bit on meditation to trick brain into flooding the frontal lobe with blood to rewire it efficiently (what people used to call "third eye"), but it might also sometimes give you literal perceptional glitches
i believe that's why most artists are "weird" - the frontal lobe is naturally more well-connected, and therefore perhaps oversensitive - they'll see cool stuff and inspiration in many places, but also bad shit as "false positives"
