Nico Katz. She’s never faced someone as heavy as her on the indies, in GJPW or in her WWA career so far. But Kelly had to find a way to give herself the best chance possible of beating her. Not just because she’d be on a 0-2 start if she failed to do so, but because Kasumi managed to do it. Spitting whiskey in her eyes. Simple. Effective. But not Kelly’s style.
She thinks things over. After losing to Noire, there’s nothing Kelly would love more than a shot at setting that right. Isn’t it likely then that Nico would feel the same way about her loss to Kasumi? As Kasumi’s tag partner and fellow member of the Widowmaker Society, Nico would see a match against her as a chance at a form of revenge. And a desire for revenge is an emotional one. Kelly smiles, as she decides on her plan of attack. She’ll play on Nico’s emotions before the match ever happens.
Kelly leaves the arena, heading in the direction of Burger Bear gym. From what everyone says about Nico, it seems she spends a lot of time there. And sure enough Kelly soon spots Nico, seemingly on her way toward the gym.
Kelly slows the pace of her walk, to follow from a distance, and is watching when Nico meets with Ratasha. A sly grin crosses Kelly’s lips as ideas start to form, and she reaches into a pocket for her phone and starts a Tweetstagram Live stream.
