I suspect he's waiting for her to make a move first, whatever she decides to do to capitalize on her clout, before he starts dumping again. I'd also like to add that Letty broke up with Tommy after fishtank to presumably hook up with Tax, and Tommy is another mentally unstable man Like Jeremy. I don't think Letty's woes are quite done yet, possibly only getting worse from here on out.
