If you were to follow a man around playing the Locrian mode at him, he would probably burn down a field or something. And there’s stories of things like that happening. The power of music is unlike any other art.
I am hoping we enter another age of composers. Modern music is bogged down in the drama of having 3-5 Hollywood eyed dudes making the music. Even many of the outsider musicians are like that. There is still a lot of great music out there, though. I’ve recently just been playing country, because I’m feeling country.
