I don't know enough to make any other guesses, I'd say yoghurt but that's impossible, so, I'll just have to assume it's mayo, which, that would be way too much of, you'd get sick at that point, and, is that ketchup inside of it too, whatever that red stuff is, in-between the mayo? It looks like ketchup, but, not really, it doesn't look fluid enough, but whatever, it can't be anything other than ketchup. Other than that, I see that it has some kind of meat inside of it too, as you can see from the very middle bottom of the image, so, from that little glimpse of whatever that is, I think it looks okay. Anyway, whatever, it doesn't matter because, that's just too much of whatever the white and red stuff is, you'll get sick after taking one bite out of that, what a mess, it's pretty irredeemable, I don't know what to say, I couldn't have that even if I forced myself to.
