My landlord just raised my rent by 20%, then raised the monthly pet fee from $30 to $50, and also added a monthly concierge service fee of $65. This "service" offers nothing that I use, but I can't deny it and even if I did use the shit they said I still have to pay for it even if they can't afford to provide said services. It was shit like delivery of HVAC filters and renters insurance (which I already have). Like, wtf am I actually paying an extra $65 a month for? I'm supposed to give them a 60 days notice, and they waited until 59 days to let me know all the prices went up.
