Instead of giving them some shitty bootstraps speech about how they should dress nicer and groom themselves you should just be truthful to them. It doesn't mean that they are 100% doomed to loneliness, but it means that they're playing on hard mode, and if they have autism or some other weird mental thing then they're playing on nightmare mode.
