There's no way of dodging them when she spawns a dozen with big hitboxes, so you're pretty much dead or forced to use a bomb unless you're a character with a charge that gives invincibility frames. Gonna try just slowing them down and waiting for the timer on every card instead of trying to kill, because I doubt it's possible otherwise. At least without giving yourself AIDS.
