>>10727727hmmm logistics, mainly. before all i had was my wire area to worry about and the schedule that we are suppose to keep up with. now i'll be in charge of the wire guys and everything they do, harness builders, everyones labor hours, making sure everyone has work and keeping with the schedule, if they need blueprints, wirelists, parts, i have to make sure all this stuff is taken care of and communicate with the proper people to get things fixed like warehouse guys and production controller. well, to sum it up, if any of the guys (assemblers, operators) on the floor needs help, im the guy they turn to and im the guy delegating everyones work.
