>>6338090I've been working out for nearly three months now.. Went from 188 lbs to 176 lbs.. My body fat percentage dropped from 21.7 to 19. My biological age dropped from 38 to 32.
I am now able to do pull-ups for the first time in my life, and feel stronger and healthier than ever before.
I completely changed my diet, and no longer drink soft drinks (i.e. Coca Cola), and follow a strict calorie deficit. I eat vegetables every single day and only drink water as a thirst quencher.
Currently I'm trying to get rid of the following bad habbits:
1. Sleeping too much
2. Spending too much time at the computer
3. Not spending enough time with my son
I'm currently reading "The Culture of Critique".
Currently learning how to fight as part of a team (soldier stuff).
What motivates me? The fourteen words, and these three more:
Familien, Folket, Fedrelandet.
