1 cor. 5 has a story about two Christians that are in fornication and unrepentant. Here's the verdict from Paul
"To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus."
These two SAVED individuals willing chose to live a file of sin and Paul clearly states their spirit STILL belongs to God. Their flesh is given over to Satan meaning they are going to reap the consequences of their sin but they still are indeed saved.
OSAS is always attacked to get Christians to doubt their salvation, just like Satan asked eve in the garden, "did God REALLY say?" He causes us to ask the same question when we separate ourselves from our savior with sin. Jesus himself says this in his parable about the good Samaritan. After patching up the man on the road he takes him to the inn where he tells the owner "Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’" Jesus paid for us, and when he returns he will "pay" any additional cost (sin commitment after converting) as well. The evidence is clear, we are truly saved forever.
