And, the regime was secular but moral, secular Iraqis take their national identity very seriously but try not to relate it to Islamism, all the lyrics you see in the song are related to that (respect, friendship, acepting, honor of work, acceptance of others, loving one another, being careful from bad ideals and people,being nice, not being lazy, appreciationof help, ignoring hatred..etc)
