You don't have to be white to be good stock, you have to be noble. That's why these Saudi princes, who look fairly close to negros, are preferable to peasantry/plebeian whites. The peasantry class in almost every single agricultural society since the dawn of time has been naturally selected to be mediocre, unintelligent, and slave-like. Granted, there is far more of noble stock nowadays, the majority still are peasantry (read, NPC).
