It's just a common CIA disinformation strategy to discredit the "conspiracy" community and reduce public reception to legitimate discussion. In basically every community there are glowie operatives spreading false info the blur the lines between real and fake. Specific examples can be seen in the crop circle community. It has been so flooded with garbage that they essentially killed the discussion.
