I'm experiencing major post fap depression. Its got me reflecting on all the ills of my life and goddamit it sucks. So much of my problems are my own fault I guess but still, even when I try to solve some of my issues its like another one just springs up to add on top of all the other shit. Just wish I knew which move to make next but idk, I feel overwhelmed and lost on what to do.
