The only reason why I go for 18 year olds, is because they're considered legal in almost any place. Sure, 16 is a much more common age of consent, but I want to be in the clear. You're gonna have to go younger than 18. Sure, 16 is a good bet and it's legal in most jurisdictions. But if you want to really make sure, you're gonna have to expand your horizon. You're gonna have to reject what the mass media have told you and dig deeper than that. I'm not gonna tell you a number, because that's for you to decide. All I'm gonna say is that all women are traumatized from a young age, so whatever you do is not gonna cause any additional harm. They're already damaged goods.
