well see pic related. i thought it meant i had to rotate the dial until it clicks 15 times for moka pot and that's what i had it set to. but no, it means you have to do one full rotation (30 clicks) + another 15 clicks, so 45 clicks in total. i only noticed when i rotated 25 times for french press and it was still extremely fine and not at all like the grounds hoffman was using (
