A Christian is to eschew appearances of evil as well as evil, that is the rule for real life.
Real life. Halloween is NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY. It's a joke. The end of summer is a party like any other, but it's mixing in the elements of death in nature and by extension, ourselves.
So if you want an evil intent for Halloween, it's perfect, but if you don't wish evil intent and do not actively celebrate evil yet mock it and make it a joke, then it's perfect too.
tl;dr either celebrate or don't, it's what you make of it to you that counts
