Sauteed onions, garlic, jalepenos
1 block frozen chopped spinach, thawed in microwave and drained
2 cups frozen asian stir fry veggies, thawed in microwave
optional cumin, cayenne
bake at 350 in glass 9-inch pan coated in canola cooking spray.
I then cut it into 1/6ths and have one for breakfast every day.
