This is an extremely shaky plan as boomers are notorious for consuming all of their wealth before they die either through frivolities or medical bills.
Hopefully I inherit enough to invest and get a $30k passive income. You can live like a king in SEA on 30k a year.
If not, if they all use up their accumulated wealth, well then I'll probably just an hero because I too see no other path to a happy life. My job isn't terrible but it isn't great and the two business I started both went belly up.
Still I soldier on, holding out hope for the good life someday on the other side of the world.
