"filename>destination folder"
and it would move the file to the destination folder, You could have somebody write those lines in and then just copy paste them. If you trust the people you could also just put it on a google drive and give your assistants the ability to move the folders around.
It is pretty bad because I wrote it when I was just starting out, but it should work.
