Nvidia's flagship does offer the best performance but at a very high price point. If you don't care about spending $2000 to squeeze out every last frame and if you don't care about the ray tracing meme then AMD is your best bet for gpus. You can save money and allocate that extra budget to beefing up your other components. AMD systems are therefore faster than nvidia systems at a given price point unless you go all out on the RTX 4090. You're mostly paying for brand name and marketing, similar to Apple.
