There are many people who lived under totalitarianism in south america without le complaint that their tyrant is forcing evil upon them, there were gajillions of people who lived quiet and compliantly under soviet russia. There are bajillions of conformist cattle who live without complaint underneath communist china
1984 would help me expand in detail my imagination life underneath EVIL OPPRESSIVE totalitarian regimes, like i could go imagine north korea, soviet russia before it collapsed, china, and i can even imagine europe and america under hypothetical totalitarianism
