Why shouldn't your niggers get free tertiary education, Amerifats? It seems like it would be an excellent way to turn them into civilised human beings. Obviously only the niggers who worked hard at school should be rewarded with it, so there should be a difficult test that they should pass beforehand, depending on what they intend to study.
Fact is, as "unfair" as it may be, paying for their education benefits white people as well because there will be less gang violence, hard drug use and general antisocial behaviour.
