Also bits of lower torso in all of those days, usually takes me an hour / an hour and a half plus stretching afterwards to finish my workout. I also overuse machines rather than use free weights, but they are compound exercises, so it's fine, right..?
I also go twice in a row, then take a break for a day, so I end up working out same parts of my body roughly every 4 days, 5 if something goes wrong and 6 if my life is getting pissed on.
Do you think it's good enough? What do you do?
