I haven't finished Higurashi, I'm on the 3rd chapter. But so far, Onikakushi is the best one (even doe I got spoiled from the reviews on steam saying keiichi is a schizo). Watanagashi had cute moments with Mion but I think the ending was kind of dumb because it was pretty much wrapped up until "BUT MION WAS... LE DEAD BEFORE SHE STABBED YOU" bullshit in the hospital. I hope when I get to answer arcs it explains the retardation of the ending.
Without spoiling me, are the psychotic horror parts not real? Because I notice the SoL cute parts are mentioned in later chapters. Like I saw the curry contest mentioned in chapter 3, so it's weird. If it's a spoiler, I don't want to know.
