>>8071680Seattle car 20 had to get done but I didn't finish it. Ended up troubleshooting the printer, had constant high voltage errors and low viscosity errors. My first conclusion was that it was a phasing error because I thought the ink drops weren't phasing properly or incorrectly charged by plates and I've had this problem before. But that wasn't it and I tried everything from maybe its small dust or debris getting in the ink drops, nope. changing solvents because maybe those were bad and/or expired, nope. maybe it was the pumps, nope. swap the tubes, nope. I made it cycle without anything and it still somehow faulted. I threw in the towel because I'd violate company policy if I stayed longer and passing it on the maintenance team we have at the company but here's the thing I'm more well versed in the printer than they are. I just left a detailed list of all the things I did and they're welcome to try it again but most likely they're just going to call a tech from the printer company and fly him down from San Diego to come look at it.
The printer was faulting constantly that it was a single wire print and have to cycle through the process again. It went from a mini gun to a flintlock rifle.
